Morning at the park

This week while Richard was at work we decided to check out St Catherine’s Park. It is 15 blocks from where we are currently staying and in an area where we wouldn’t mind finding permanent accommodation.

It was very busy when we arrived with lots of children, big and little, enjoying having a play. It got a little quieter after about half an hour, which meant Tate could try the big kids and little kids areas.

Tate had lots of fun checking out the whole entire park and playing on all the equipment.

By far, Tate’s favourite part of the playground were two stone elephants which he kept visiting. He’d run between the two and talk in their ears and cuddle them. It was very cute. Apparently the elephants spout water but they must only do that on hot days!

Cuddling the elephant.

You'd think he was kissing the elephant but he was actually making elephant noises in its ear!
