Surely one of the must do activities when living in the USA is to go on a road trip. Now we can say we did it!
The whole of last week we were on an RV road trip with Richard’s parents. We travelled to Maine, New Hampshire, Conneticut and Cape Cod. We did lots of fun things, which I will write separate posts about in the coming days.
It was certainly an interesting experience travelling in a campervan with two small children! They did very well coping with all the travelling! The hard thing is to get them both back into a routine and used to sleeping in their own beds!
To start off my posts on our road trip I’ll post some photos from our drive up to our first stop – Portland, Maine.
How weird did it feel setting the baby seats up in front of the dining table?!
Love seeing a little of the Autumn colour in that last shot. Can’t wait to see more 🙂
It actually wasn’t really in front of the table. They were facing the side if the table with a small walkway in between. But still weird!
How big was that RV, it looks huge.
About 30ft length and 12ft high. Pretty big! Had to sleep 6 of us!
