Our Christmas Day

Now that it is a whole month since Christmas Day, I thought I should get the blog post up before it gets any later.  And what better time to post it then exactly a month after Christmas, right?

As you know, we travelled to Australia to spend Christmas with everyone back home.  So, it was a rather special Christmas for us!

We were very lucky to be spending Christmas morning with our niece and nephew Luka and Kallan as we were staying with them for the week of Christmas.  It was lovely to see, not only Tate and Knox opening Christmas presents, but also Luka and Kallan.

After a lovely morning spent opening presents, cooking and getting ready for the day. We headed over to Aunty Heidi and Bianca’s house for Christmas lunch with Richard’s family.

First up we had fun opening up presents. Thank you everyone for all your generous gifts. We were all thoroughly spoiled! And we hope you loved all your gifts too!

Next it was time to have a very yummy Christmas lunch and a play on the bouncy castle. The kids had so much fun on that bouncy castle! So much so, Tate was disappointed it wasn’t still up the next day!

After all that fun it was time to head to Uncle Ty, Aunty Jo and Ellie’s house to spend Christmas dinner with my side of the family. We had an excellent time playing, socialising and enjoying a very yummy dinner. Unfortunately I didn’t get very many photos of Tate and Knox while we were there. Too busy enjoying ourselves! Thanks everyone for your presents! Tate and Knox were especially spoilt. I don’t know how we managed to fit it all into our luggage. But we did!

  1. It was a very special Christmas for us too. You guys are sorely missed. Now I’d better stop writing because I’m crying. Love you so much.
