BOO…….. at the Zoo!

A few weeks ago we headed to the Bronx Zoo on the last warm day of the season to enjoy Boo at the Zoo.

Along with the normal fun to be had at the zoo, there was a lot of Halloween-esque fun. This included candy stations, pumpkin carving, art activities and more.

One of the best parts of the Boo at the Zoo (for everyone besides Tate) was the Jack O’Lantern Illuminaton. Hundreds of Jack O’Lanterns where lit up with very cool designs on them. There were some scary eyes that put Tate off and then he had to be carried around the exhibit by Richard for the rest of the time. Knox didn’t mind it at all and was so sweet- telling Tate he’d be okay throughout the exhibit.

So cool!

Tate and Knox’s favourite part of Boo at the Zoo was most definitely the hay maze. They loved it so much they did it at least 3 times. Possibly even more!!!

There was a lot more fun to be had after the hay maze. Tate got to make a mask while Knox slept, they rode the carousel and got to see lots of animals.
