A few weeks ago friends of ours, Kim and Sally, came to visit and stay with us here. We were very excited to see them and show them around. Here are some of the fun things we did during their visit.

Visited FAO Schwarz. Tate and Kim and Sally’s daughters loved looking around at all the toys and playing on the big piano.

We also checked out the amazing view from the Empire State Building. It was incredibly windy and cold up there. It was great to look at the view but boy was I glad to get back inside once we’d finished!

One of the highlights for the kids had to be the carousel in Dumbo! Tate rode it twice and the girls even more!

After the carousel we walked across the Brooklyn Bridge. This was something we hadn’t done before!

We also visited the Natural History Museum. Tate’s getting quite familiar with the museum now, having visited four times in the space of a year!

Dinosaurs are definitely Tate’s favourite.
