My first hair cut.

Yesterday was The DAY for Knox’s first hair cut. For a while Knox’s fringe has been long and we’ve debated whether it was worthwhile getting a professional first hair cut for him; if that was all we wanted cut. It didn’t quite make sense to go just for a fringe cut and we doubted he’d end up with enough hair for a keepsake and we definitely wanted that!

Luckily Knox was able to manage with a longer fringe for a while and finally he was ready for the haircut. So we took both boys for a haircut at the same time. Tate went first so that Knox could see how it is done.

Knox was a pro at getting his hair cut right from the start. He was happy just sitting in the car and playing with the steering wheel and pressing the button. He didn’t even blink. And to top it off he had the hairdresser enthralled by his cuteness. She kept stopping to touch his face and tell him how gorgeous he was!

Here’s a look:

"I'll just press this button and it'll all be fine!"

He didn't mind anything the hairdresser did. It was like he was just having a play in a toy car.

And here is Knox looking so grown up after his hair cut! He’s not my baby anymore!
